About Me
Master Practitioner of NLP & Trainer
My name is Arlene Bryce. I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Relationship/Life Coach. In a nutshell, using NLP techniques I help my clients resolve issues that keep them from moving forward and keep them feeling stuck.

In college, I studied social work and child and family studies. One of the classes offered was an NLP class, which I took and became fascinated with. I could see the potential of creating lasting change in people's lives efficiently and quickly. Later, while working for the State of Utah as a child protective service worker, NLP training became available to the staff. I took both the Practitioner and Master Practitioner Training. Since 1994, I’ve been working as a Master Practitioner of NLP.
In recent years I realized that I couldn't personally help everyone. Since I have had so many clients express their gratitude for being able to change their lives though NLP processes. I decided to teach others, NLP techniques so they can help their clients create lasting change and reach their potential.

What is (NLP) Neuro Linguistic Programming?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of how we process information.
Neuro
Neuro refers to the nervous system's response to the information formed by our five senses, both internal and external. Your nervous system processes, stores, and recalls external and internal information.

Linguistic
Linguistics is our communication with the un-conscience mind to create order, which gives meaning to communication. Your language, words, and the way you express yourselves play a significant role in your communication with others and the way you communicate within yourself.

Programming
Programming is the programs we run within our nervous system. They are the internal representations we create of our experiences that in turn, generate our behavior.

NLP focuses on how you do something rather than why you do it. NLP training study is a study of behavioral excellency. It also provides techniques that allow clients to remove stumbling blocks. It generates a course of action by studying a person's thought processes. NLP is a practical approach to the way a person thinks and views the past. Using NLP skills you will learn how to help clients recode the way their brains put the information together so they can change their behavior in such a way that it runs effortlessly.
